In this service, we are offering any kinds of Report or whitepaper design, redesign and Branding/Rebranding. If you have any older or rough report/whitepaper or any newly written content that you willing to design with a new concept, you are in the right place! We have well-trained team who has extensive experience on designing report and whitepaper from the exiting rough document as well as from sketch.
Content Files: SEND US your text in editable file format (MS Word, PowerPoint, .Indd, .Ai) or any other format like PDF, image, handwritten sketch (in case if you don’t have any editable text).
Indicate the Purpose: Let us know the purpose of the template, target audience, industry and potential users.
Branding Details: Provide your company Brand style guidelines like logo, color scheme, style or any specific guidelines.
Specific Requirements: Mention the software you intend to use (e.g. word, Illustrator, or InDesign). If you have any other specific requirements, provide us all the necessary instructions.
Once we received the content file, we will review the all content first and give you a quote.
Upon the agreement of the price, you have to pay minimum 50% upfront to confirm the order.
Create branded headers, cover, colors and prepare a draft design layout for review.
After finalizing the draft design, we will send the design for your feedback.
After getting the feedback, we will finalize the design and deliver the final work for your approval.
The price may vary depending on the length and complexity of the document. So we need to review your file first before giving you the quotation. If you have several documents that you are willing to use similar styling, please ask about our volume pricing with lower minimum rates as possible. We ask for 50% upfront to start work and reimburse the rest payment after delivering the final work. All credit and debit card payments are made by Wise or Payoneer. Please check our payment method.
The timeframe we need to complete your job will be stated in your quotation. Please allow yourself extra time to review your files and request changes. If you have an urgent deadline, please ask for our express service. You need to provide an extra fee of 20%, 30% or 50% depending on the requested urgency.
We generally provide standard Word .docx file that will be fully operational using Microsoft word 10 or later. Upon request, we can provide any other source file e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Publisher or PowerPoint. So, you need to conform us before start working on your project which file format/source file you are looking for.
Your document is completely safe to us; we take confidentiality very seriously. All your Information and files will only be shared with our team members only, all of whom have individually signed a confidentiality agreement. We are happy to exchange our standard NDA upon request.
We always offer unlimited number of revisions based on the requirements that we deal during creating the order. We will first provide a draft design sample and ask for feedback before going to final document production, we will revise it until you are happy. Once you confirm everything is perfect, then we will deliver the final product for your approval. If you need any other addition changes or have any additional requirements, that was not included in our original deal, additional charge will be applied.
